How to restore purchased subscription?

If you purchased your subscription via the in-App feature on your Apple iOS device, follow the instructions below:

  1. Launch the app and log in.
  2. Tap on Profile bottom right footer, Scroll down
  3. Select the ‘Restore purchases‘ to Unlock.

I purchased my subscription via iTunes and I want a refund. What can I do?

If you purchased your Soundzyoga subscription via iTunes, you will need to contact them in order to get a refund. Please contact iTunes Customer Support directly  at https://support.apple.com/contact

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following payment methods to purchase your Soundzyoga subscription:
 
  • Visa 
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (US only)
  • PayPal
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment from the following: pre-paid credit cards, iTunes gift cards, Google Play gift cards, PayPal credit. 
 
When purchasing through iTunes, pricing and the options for payment methods may differ.

Do you offer Family Sharing?

We do not currently offer the ability to share your subscription with members of your family. 

We know that this is a popular request and we are working hard on getting a similar plan up and running soon.

We apologize for any confusion caused by information about Soundzyoga in the App Store that states we support Family Sharing.  This simply means that you can share the app across your family’s devices, but you cannot share a single paid subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you purchased your subscription via iTunes

You can disable auto-renew by following the instructions below:

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll down to “iTunes and App Store”
  3. Tap Your AppleID Email
  4. Select “View Apple ID” (You may be asked to log in)
  5. Tap “Subscriptions”
  6. Select the Soundzyoga subscription
  7. Tap “Cancel Subscription” to disable it from auto-renewing at the end of the current billing cycle

How often is content added to the Soundzyoga library?

We currently have hundreds of hours of content ready to go in our Mindfulness Packs, Singles, Guided and Stories Libraries! And, we continue to add new Packs and Singles regularly. To stay up-to-date on new content releases be sure to check out the Explore tab on a regular basis.
